can someone please tell me methods to fix eye bags? I get enough sleep, so that's not the problem.

never genetic, either diet and lifestyle or yea it can be bone issue but then its not "eyebags"

He probably means eye puffiness or something.
OP, stop rubbing your skin and look up diet/lifestyle changes to get rid of eyebags (can't be bothered to list such basic info here)
Also does it go away when you've slept or after a hot shower? If so, it could be MGD

2 things:
1. the skin under your eyes is softer so rubbing it will easily make it red or darker which makes them look worse, as you have sort of bruised that very soft, sensitive skin.
2. bacteria. if you have MGD or just sensitive eyes, then rubbing them will also spread bacteria and cause them to be baggy/puffy
having 'eye bags' can mean like 10 different things depending on how they look, so best if you post a pic or something
