How do i fix my ginger eyebrows

I have pale skin which i will fix with mt2 it’s just very difficult to tan naturally as a ginger. My eyebrows are blonde and skinny so you can’t really see them and i think it will improve my eye area if i fix them. What should i do to fix them and if i should dye them or what.

Dye is for sure an option, but make sure you dont dye them a stupid color
