'Itachi lines' as you call them are caused by a combination of lack of fat pads around that area/slight recession of the maxilla. If getting better sleep doesn't alleviate them (I highly doubt it will, but it can help in certain cases), there's not all that much in regards to softmaxxes that you can do to fix it. I've seen people use slight makeup to mask them, but that'll never fully solve the problem.

If you were willing to hardmaxx however, dermal fillers or more ideally infraorbital fat grafting should help if your issue is predominantly with the fat pads. I can't see properly in the picture you provided but if your issue is predominantly a result of a recessed maxilla, I'm afraid your only option would be a lefort 3.

A slight lack of infraorbital fat is not a major flaw at all, so I wouldn't lose hair over it, mate. Focus your energy on your more severe flaws.
