How do I fix my Itachi lines? Photos added

I’ve had these lines for about three or four years now, but I feel like they’ve gotten worse recently. The thing is that it’s not fully due to infraorbital recession, they’re literally lines on my face, it’s like someone drew them on my face, I’m pretty sure it’s just sagging tissue or something because when I pull my eyes up they go away. Does anyone know anywhere to get rid of these? Surgical options are also appreciated because I’m probably gonna get a Cantoplasty to try and minimize them. Also would PDO threads or micro needling help? @Orc

not really tbh i mean i could tell you shitty copes but you should just be putting all ur effort into saving up for fat grafting. it’s really not that expensive
