How do i fix my jaw soft maxx only

im 16 have a gf but my face holds alot of water and is quite chubby i want to fix this and my
jaw because from the side i look very recessed.

lose face fat, and if ur masseters r cooked just buy those rubber things to chew on and theyll build ur masseters pretty easily , you could also do chin tucks

All u can do is loose weight really and chew hard foods

Fix sodium to potassium ratio. Lose weight. And maybe chew hard foods but dont overdo it cause then you'll look bloated again.
