Can I cope with just genio for the time being?

Ask a surgeon... with genio the geniolabial fold will increase too, maybe with chin implant it won't. BSSO seems the best for you. BTW how does your chin looks from front and 3/4? Honestly profile is less important

either djs or bsso with genio in both cases because you lack chin height
