How do I fix my maxila?

I have a slightly recessed maxila that messed up my nose because it makes it look sunken and somewhat downturned. My nose is straight and it's not fleshy or bulbous but my side profile gets ruined because it's downturned. Is there a way I can fix this naturally, if not is there a surgical or cosmetic way to fix this?

First of all, there's no natural way to fix this. If only your upper jaw is recessed, Lefort 1 is a must. If your lower jaw is also recessed, you need BSSO. The combined procedure is called Bimax.

My mandible is great— like my facial concavity or whatever is at a good angle but my nose just doesn't look strong or sharp yk. Also when I searched this up on tiktok I got recommended a thumb pulling Oscar Patel video lmao.
