How do I fix my mouth to nose ratio

I am a 19 year old mltn and what nerfs me the most is probably my mouth to nose ratio. My lips are full but very narrow and I have a bulbous nose. I’m open to lip filler if that would help but I’m not sure if that would make my lips wider and idk what to do about my nose
