How do I fix my narrow face?

Im 18 and my face is too narrow(1.44 fwhr) how do i fix this issue naturally/any steroids peptides I was thinking HGH or Igf-1 but tbh I am grey asf so any advice is appreciated

I have the same problem. First of all, I dont think that peptides and stuff will change ur bone structure. For a higher fwhr u need to increase ur bizygomatic distance by injecting fillers or getting implants. No boneshmashing is cope. After u have increased ur fwhr, u need to fix ur bad bizygomatic/ bigonial width ratio by getting more bigonial wodth trhough fillers or implants i guess. There is no softmaxx for that i suppose. Im sorry

yea I was thinking of MARPE but I heard it widens your eyes and my eyes are already slightly wide set so I think surgery would be the best option

Are you measuring your fwhr from a selfie? Use the back camera, set zoom to 5x, 10 sec timer, phone horizontal and take a photo. That eliminates most of the camera distortion.
