How do I fix my Narrow Lips, Nose to Width ratio ?

It's killing my facial harmony, does anyone know if hopping on accutane will shrink the nose a little? (idgaf about the side effects i just want to look good) Or getting a palate expander to widen the lips? I recently turned 21 not sure if getting a palate expander would make any difference, just need to know what's the best option

I hate the way I look man I just wish I could fix this, need to start saving money up bc the more you age the more it feels like life just passes by and you age and descend lower and lower and I'm reaching my end point ..

Accutane shrinks your nose a bit yeah but If your skin is clear I would only recommend doing 10mg and a palate expander won't do shit for you at 21 so if you wan't mayor improvements in narrow lips to nose ratio you should look in to other surgical procedures.
