yes he said that if i want they will do it for free cause my palate is very narrow and i have class 3 bite ( underbite ) im happy for that reason but also depressed cause i have to wait years for this shit to happen and i wont be a good looking guy in my teen years

i mean the fat will just travel implants look uncanny, maybe an epicanthoplasty
