how do i fix my negative canthal tilt (without surgery)?

i wanna fix my negative canthal tilt but i dont want to do anything extreme like surgery or fillers (unless its safer than most people perceive it, im not that educated about it) and ive seen alot of "fixes" for negative canthal tilt such as stretching/pulling the skin of the side of your eye upwards but many people say things like this dont work. i dont wanna hear anything about eyebrows or making it "look" like i dont have a negative canthal tilt, i want to actually fix it and make my canthal tilt positive or atleast neutral minimum
