How do i fix my nose. 17 m

Hello everybody, as you can probably notice, i have a very big fat and bulbous nose. I used to be a amature boxer (stopped now), and i've had my nose bent/broken on 2 occasions. You mght also notice one of my nostrals is significantly larger than the other, and my nose is bent.

I got a overhand right in the top part of my nose by a big buff muslim ethnic man, and it might be cope, but i feel like my eyes have also appear further away from eachother because my nose is wider, also i can only breathe correctly through my right nostral.

In 3 weeks im getting it scanned to see if i want/need surgery, which i do. I'm writing this thread for help/advice on how i can make my nose look less fat and bulbous through pharma and other non surgical methods, og how i can make my eyes appear long, because my ipd isnt ideal (maybe because my ogre nose)

Im not actually sure, its a very big flaw, and im usually maybe even more red. part of it is defo because of my skincare, but i always feel like im inflammed for some reason. Can you help me?
