how do i achieve the ideal width? i cant hardmax. should i diy a lateral commissuroplasty or is it just over

let me explain once and for all why this lil niggas advice is bs for anyone reading. NO he will not look like the joker, NO he will not botch himself if he is careful, NO it wont get infected if he follows the proper procedure, he should simply read a guide and go about CAREFULLY fixing his ratios end of story goodnight bitch
