How do I fix my permanently frizzy hair

Bit of a rant but I'm seriously cursed hairwise. My hair is always dry and frizzy and I genuinely dont know how to fix it. I got based shampoo and conditioner and I used conditioner 3-5x a week and shampooed maybe every 2 weeks. I would always use leave in conditioner but even then my hair would still be dry and frizzy. for context, I am asian and come from a family with straight hair so any products they bought would completely kill my hair. I only started growing out my hair about a year ago and im at like a medium-longish length rn. I'm considering getting on ghk but I'd like to know if any of you guys found a way to fix this type of hair

Usually a complete restart fixes this

And stop conditioning more than 3x a week

Experiment with products and find out what you react to best

If all else fails get a GKHair keratin treatment and pray

to be honest buzz is a full reset if youre willing to grow back your hair

damn how do u think about me getting a buzz, hopping on ghk and getting some other hair growth supplement, do you think I could return to medium ish hair in only 2 months? or at least a short haircut?
