My posture sucks and idk what to do to fix it. One side of my face is different than the other and idk what to do i also have back problems and can’t stand up for long periods of time. I have forward head posture and my neck seems to be going on one side. Pls help😅

Tbh what I did like two years ago was train my back and like do exercises that pushes ur back like inside ( if that makes any sense, or like some pulling exercise that makes ur back straight and ur chest in the front idk) also try walking like with straight feet not like a duck (idk if that helps that much tho)
That s mostly what I did, it’s still not perfectly straight but a lot better, watch some tiktok shit maybe u could find some shit, try everything u can, everybody got different bodies and they react differently, watch vids about exercises and stuff and try it urself, give it time it will take some time, idk it weeks but 2-3 months maybe

Brutal, that asymmetry is indicative of scoliosis. I suffer from scoliosis too, unfortunately, if your growth plates have already fused, your skeletal frame will not change. At this point, non-surgical intervention offers zero benefits, the only move is doing surgery.

4 night, sleep on your back with no pillow (or smtn little below your neck) and make sure u have a thin mattress.
Allso seek out a podiatrist bcs ur foot knee and hip placement might be the cause.

As I said, dont blame me if only some stuff work or none works, for me they worked, but I believe the posture will get better if u like train back and like try and be straight u know

I’ve been trying to sleep on my back and also fold a pillow cover so my neck isn’t uncomfortable but my mattress is not thin so idk if it’s even doing anything. Should i just sleep on the ground instead?

The problem is that idk if my growth plates have fused as I haven’t been to the doctor in years.

Sleeping on a thick mattress negates the effects of backsleeping and sleeping without a pillow bcs u just sink in the mattress and ur body takes the posture its most used to, sleeping on the ground is allso gonna be bad u have no padding or leverage. look for a mattress about the thickness of ur bawled up fist and maybe change the pillow cover to a towel and than roll the towel up insted of folding
