How do i fix my ramus length and ramus assymetry

I have a short ramus/medium lenghted ramus on my right side and a short to non existent one on my left, WHAT DO I DO.

No money for surgery and im too young, so only softmax for now, most preferably naturally. Also if someone else strugled with it and fixed it tell me what you did

Ive tried on zygos they only create a swelling effect it goes away
