How do I fix my recessed maxilla?

I’m 16, and a very late bloomer so my growth plates are still open for sure. My dentist recently made a comment that my mandible is growing a little faster than my maxilla and my maxilla is recessed if I’m looking at it with no cope… Is ts over?

I also have a short ramus but that’s more another day

mewing or random jaw exercises won’t move bone significantly at your age

u check marked for no reason he only give u how to widen ur maxilla, this won’t fix a recessed maxilla at all, recessed maxilla can only change during puberty and there’s nothing u can do, except hard chewing everyday , this can help a tiny bit in forward growth during puberty , maintain it everyday , marpe only helps with a slight flat maxilla because it pushes zygos and infras out, also this will help ccw, ramus and gonial
