Look young enough that good habits and orthodontic work could save you. Do it ASAP tho or it’s over

Pretty much just orthodontics or surgery is the only way really, dont try shitty softmaxes it'll only waste your time.

Oral posture, proper sleeping position, proper posture daily, proper diet. I don’t know your bite or pallete so consult an orthodontist. If you have trouble mewing or breathing through your nose it’s possible you have a narrow pallete and a MARPE device would help you. For your face don’t let them extract teeth only add volume. The sooner you implement these and talk to an orthodontist the better. Good luck.

i have an overbite im looking to get braces or is there better options
also i have a wide pallet just dont know how to mew "properly"
