How do I fix my recessed jaw/chin

This is going to be a rant so hold on

Every single time I go to sleep I mouth breathe and there’s nothing I can do about it I try taping, sleeping posture and cleaning out my nose before bed so it so there’s a chance my fucking idiotic brain will nose breathe instead of litterally fucking me up the ass by mouth breathing. Is there anything that can be done about my recessed jaw other than implants, fillers or surgery.

Note: im going to talk to my dentist next time I go if there’s any options to fix my recessed jaw ( possible hardmaxxing without parents knowledge that it’s for looks) maybe double jaw surgery I’ll keep you posted

On a real note, don’t listen to the retarded TikTokers u see. All their before/afters are just changing angles and/or leaning down. So save ur time and don’t do all the thumb pulling bullshit. Use that time to do the softmaxxes that ACTUALLY work, as well as saving up for surgery on ur lower third

Cada vez que me voy a dormir, respiro la boca y no hay nada que pueda hacer al respeto, intento grabar, dormir la postura y limpiar mi nariz antes de acostarme, así que existe la posibilidad de que mi maldito cerebro idiota respirar por la nariz en lugar de follarme por la boca respirando. Hay algo que se puede hacer sobre mi mandíbula empotrada que no sean implantes, rellenos o cirugía.

Nota: voy a hablar con mi dentista la próxima vez que vaya si hay alguna opción para arreglar mi mandíbula empotrada (posible hardmaxxing sin que los padres sepan que es para la apariencia) tal vez la cirugía de doble mandíbula Iill te mantiene informado
