how do i fix my recessed mandible

it’s from a deep bite (top teeth completely cover bottom) my parents were too broke too fix it’s even more brutal from the front i dont have a chin. haven’t fixed the bite yet but i think i’m too old for dentist appliances to be effective now so would there be a good surgery or something?
