How do I fix my recessed maxilla?

I’m 16, and a very late bloomer so my growth plates are still open for sure. My dentist recently made a comment that my mandible is growing a little faster than my maxilla and my maxilla is recessed if I’m looking at it with no cope… Is ts over?

I also have a short ramus but that’s more another day
