I'm 14, about to be 15 in Oct, I'm getting braces (+ TADS) soon, I haven't seen my ortho yet, but when I do I'll ask her if it'll fix my recession, but I can hardmaxx with the use of supplements and stuff, and I am bs'ing, I've been bs'ing for a week straight, I made a little progress but that's all.

There is no substance which can help you against an Recessed Chin.

Only the orthodontist can really save you. And you're young so your bones aren't already fixed which helps.
