How do I fix my round jaw?

I’m planning on minoxidil + dye to fix my upper third, but that still leaves my midface and lower third lacking, how do I fix this?

You probably need chin + jaw implants. Idk if mewing would help, I've been doing it for the past year and my jaw has grown since puberty, and it's gained angularity and forward growth.

Nah I've seen alot of good results from jaw implants

However from few surgeons

if you don't believe just ask people that had it but i'm not trolling trust me ik implants get hyped a lot but reality is this , unless you have a huge failo that is worth the risk don't do them

I've been a lot interested my self in getting them and researched it for 3 years , stats are 30-40% for dehiscense only and like 70-80% overall revision from like 10-15 guys i talked to , also a surgeon i had consultation with confirmed this

I dont find good realistic gonial filler results thats why

Ive talked to like 2 guys who got one and were happy but thats small sample

for fillers? they are good for jaw angles but you need a lot of them if you need width , for angularity only they are perfect

The guy above looks to be needing all three seing his jaw shape and also his jaw appears narrow (not measured but certainly not 85%)

I am getting 5mm lateral 5mm forward zygo implants and infraorbital rim implants next year when I have saved up enough money. my jaw is 99% the width of the width of my zygos due to genetically big masseters and a shit maxilla. My side profile somehow is really good. Why are there so few before and afters of implants?

be sure to save for fat graft too and get them with a saddle or they will stick out too much from your orbit

not many people get them and they don't want to show their face but you can find some examples online that show well how peek jaw implants look in motion, i remember there was a case of a botched girl on realself if you search it you will find it
