How do i fix my shit ahh face?

Im an avg ugly ahh teen, im 17, 5'11.5, how do i go on improving my facial attractiveness?
My current issues are dark circles, textured skin, a bit of acne, kinda assymetrical face( cause i think i mewed improperly), an irregular pallet, shit eye area, and kinda hyperpigmentation.

Went to one, said tht its just puberty and passed it off like nothing, gave a shit ahh cleasner and a random otc cream
