how do i fix my shit facial asymmetry

left side of my face is fucked compared to my right
eye is lower on left side
cheek is smaller on the left side (or lower cheekbone placement)
nose turns to the left
jaw is like this \ ( ) towards left

ive had bad posture my entire life and finally fixed it about a month ago. I stretch my neck to fix forward head posture and I also (trying) sleep on my back. had braces b4
how do I relieve myself of this curse cause this shit is a maximum looksmin

I’ve been trying to fix this with towel clenching but to no avail. Watch this video, it could be your maxilla that’s asymmetrical.

Can't give the best advice without pictures. First see a good orthodontist they will take an xray and tell you if anything can be done, jaw asymmetry is the most common form of asymmetry. I will say though that because you mentioned one eye is lower it's possible that your entire left side of your skull just formed like that, if so then there's probably nothing you can do about it. Finally posture is cope, sleeping position is cope, jaw stretches are cope they won't change anything when you have a bone problem.
