are there not hormonal effects? But i think in general im not very acne-prone, it’s really my health i need to focus on right now. Im kind of a bum, i don’t eat optimally and i don’t have disciplined skincare

no mechanistically established hormonal effects no. Isotret is a very powerful anti-inflammatory for the skin and since it shrinks the pores and increases cell turnover it creates a tightened and glowing look as well. There's a reason celebs microdose it and call it the "Hollywood dose". Not just for acne
