Yeah but the pimples are definitely more of a problem
Even if he wants to use a topical retinoid, tazarotene is better

So the simple solution to not getting raped by taz is titrating it up slower

Then after your accutane course, give it a few weeks, then use tazarotene with a microdose accutane (20mg every 4/5 days) until you die.
