I went from having clear skin, tan-brown colored to dark, damaged looking skin with dark spots
i also get razor bumps/ingrown hairs whenever i shave with a multi-blade razor, switched to a trimmer, that gave me razor bumps too
my skin's oilier and blacker (genuinely wtf) than ever now, no acne,
dark under eyes too
if you'd compare my chest/biceps color with my face color, it would have no match
also i dont get much sunlight, around 5mins a day max, i work indoors most of the time
i wear sunscreen, moisturizer, gentle cleanser, everything
pls help

For Skin use Azelaic Acid and Tretinoin maybe kojic acid too, for undereyes get good sleep ice your face use an caffeine cream, Get an Single blade razor and shave with the grain, and focus on good diet no slop and be hydrated throughout the day. If your skin may get darker visit an Dermatologist

Mark as solution

Retinoids preferably oral even in microdose over a very long time and suppressing the trash hormone DHT + some mild cleanser should do it. I take oral retinol + dutasteride and have perfect clear skin these days nearly always!! I used to have pretty bad acne as early-mid, mid and late 20s adult. As for retinol I just take a couple - few 10k IU capsules a month now for maintenance, built up levels plus altered my sebaceous gland enough and shrank them that I can't even handle more without skin turning too dry, red and irritated especially in cold months. I think it is comparable to microdosing isotretinoin, underrated shit as fuck and is OTC.
