How do I fix my sleep schedule

Im going to bed at 5-6am usually today i forced myself to go to bed at around 1am i actually fell asleep but only for 10 minutes then I woke up and I could not for the life of my go back to bed

School starts in a week and im not gonna fuck myself over like last year and try to go to school everyday with 5 hours of sleep

Just stay 1 day awake and sleep normal the next one its high risk high reward

Bro you go to sleep at 5-6AM? That is crazy, I wake up around that time.

What I would recommend is to set an alarm at the hour you want to wake up (has to be loud so it wakes you up, and away from your bed so you need to wake up to get it) then take a shower to wake yourself up and spend the entire day doing something that distracts you from being tired, you can spend it outside, watching netflix, meet up with friends or whatever keeps you awake.

(Its also fine if you don't sleep at all, whatever works best for you)

Then before going to sleep go run at least 5-10km + at least 100 pushups. This will make you tired so it will be easier to fall asleep.
Then go to bed as soon as you get home.

The hardest part is keeping yourself awake throughout the entire day, but once you get used to it, its light work.

Yea its 5:30am rn i might just rawdog or set an alarm for 8 or smth
