How do i fix my subhuman eye area(pics)

Im 17, 5'11.5 without shoes, with fuked up fat pads, kinda on the skinny fat side, and open to all suggestions, or is it over for me? Should i rope?

Custom drop down supras - Vertically narrow the eye area, reduce UEE, and fix the saggy suppra skin
Custom saddled infra orbital - Decrease undereye hollowness, and give lower eyelid support for the next step
Mix of soft tissue surgery - Tighten lower eyelid and maybe increase canthal tilt (cant tell with the pics)
Fat grafting - Most likely have to do some fat grafting around the supra region so it doesn't look too sharp and fake
