U can try tretinoin or isotretion (accutane) and lightening the skin you could try vitamin c serum or you should also get a nice tan and better coloring

Accutane. Either microdose (5-10mg daily) for a long long time if it’s enough to clear your acne, or run a course (20mg daily or more) of around 14 months of less, depending on the dosage.

If you go for the microdose you can probably use azelaic acid on top, for the rosacea. If not, then wait until the course is done and then start the azelaic acid forever. And SPF daily.

That will fix acne, rosacea, and give you perfect skin for life. Nothing else needed
