I developed the gap in recent years, I’m sure it’s because I kept biting my nails off with my teeth and they got stuck in that crack and forcefully opened that gap, ik it sounds odd and “impossible” but it happend, the nails got stuck there for like 5 minutes until I could finally get it out, this happend like 5 times over a period of months and now I have this. How do I fix it without braces? I’m slowly getting insecure about it and literally everyone in my family has perfect teeth and I used to have perfect teeth too until like one or 2 years ago.

you could try forcefully pushing them together but they might start leaning on the side

its hardly noticeable though
Whenever I look in the mirror it’s noticeable. Looks less noticeable in the photos. These slight imperfections add up
