- Fat dissolver, topically applied fat burners like latisse could theoretically work as well
- Deoxycholic acid
- Botox
- Hydrocortisone
- Lipo-reducing agents
- Pore cleansing
- Nasal washing

varying degrees of effectiveness, these have all been discussed on the forum b4 although i think some of these are cope (hydrocortisone did nothing for me)

none of these will fix your seemingly non-existent nostril exposure though

Problem with latisse is the possible depigmentation of the skin wich would lead to a bad coloring and more noticeable nose.
I would also add treteoin to the list bc of the inflammation reducing agent and the fact that it can shrink the skin's thickness
