How do I fix my frame

its not that my clavicle are narrow but my length on my clavicles are not so long so how do I fix it
 
literally annihilate your shoulders in the gym
 
train shoulders??
 
Do a split where you train push 3 times a week, Start push sessions with a shoulderpress that starts around eye level and then do lateral raises.

wtvr hits side delts, lateral raises r prob the best way
