How do I fix my under eye area? (17M)

I don't think I need orbital rim implants since I've been told that I don't have a recessed maxilla.

But I'm still a grey and don't have much experience in facial assesment.

On the way, can anyone draw the traingle maxilla thingie, I can't seem to get the frankfurt plane right even after trying so many times.

I've tried. But I don't which one is correct, or if neither are.

Black and Red are attempts #1 and #2 at drawing the Frankfurt plane respectively.

Yeah you could. Or you could also get a palate expander, having a wider maxilla helps cope with having recessed infras.

.after looking more into it, yes it could bring your maxilla forward which is good but you’re also roght it could mess with your fwhr, if you don’t want to widen your maxilla in the process you should do a sarpe or a bimax.
