How do I fix my uneven shoulders, chest, neck, and abs?

I’ve been working by out consistently for about a year with decent results, this isn’t a flattering pic tho. My biggest problem has been my unevenness. I think I have scapular diskenysis but my pt basically said there wasn’t that much they could do. You can see one side of basically my whole body is just lower and weirder than the other( aside from my abs which have the inverse issue) and I’m wondering if I can fix this.

you can’t fix ab symmetry the other things are probally just muscle imbalance, idk why your posing like that either

Here mb about the other one I just though it displayed the chest problem well. Here it’s much more minor but my shoulders still look different, one pec is lower, and you can see how my neck kinda tips to one side and creeps up higher past my chin than the other side.

lol too long. just train chest and shoulders psl. ur gonial angle looks fine tho.
