If it's a medical issue (recessed jaw or underbite) then get a double jaw surgery like I did. Otherwise get jaw implants.

Usually if you get jaw angle implants your face will look uncanny. Because if the face is recessed you have also a long midface, a long nose and a recessed chin. So the problem will not be solved. Also fillers are useless because they don't last. So your only option (if your young) is mewing and be a little hopeful. if that doesn't work just go to a qualified surgeon and get surgery bro
