How do I fix myself brah

Up until hs I was normal asf tons of friends no problem interacting with women
Then freshman yr happened and making friends became harder but still do able and possible
The the pandemic happened a little over halfway through freshman year and I stayed inside for like almost a year straight
Online school through zoom for the entire soph yr (I went in for a month then stopped cause wanted to cheat lol)
The beginning of jr yr happened and all my social skills were gone it was over
How do I fix this?
