your eye area and lips are nice, and your face overall is not bad. Your skin looks oily tho, i'd say start accutane, hydrocortisone on the tip of the nose, maybe use concealer to mask the eyebags, grow your masseter so your lower third looks in proportion with your mid third. And maybe change haircut, try to cover the forehead
