-moderate dose of isotret (collagen 1 & 3 + elastin synthesis in all layers of the dermis) in addition to topical retinoids (tazarotene > tretinoin > any other retinoid) combined with vigorous moisturization (estriol cream + moisturizer)
-microneedling, ideally professional or at least with professional equipment if diy
-radio frequency treatment

only one that will def 100% work is surgical intervention, but microneedling, RF and the potent topical stack will work for most at least to some degree
