You probably have crappy support in the cheekbone area and it is causing your midface to sag.

There are fillers for the nasolabial area but that's just putting a bandaid over a bigger issue.

If you're recessed then bimax helps with that.

standard lefort 1 wont fix paranasal hollowing you need high lefort1 aka Quadrangular LeFort 1
