‏how do i fix one eye thats more downturned

i think its agreeable the right eye isnt great great but it is still think it is better looking than the left eye and i’m wondering how to make the left eye less downturned or make it look at least a little more appeasing because i don’t like how my eyes look/are lopsided and i doubt people i wanna talk to would like it either
