How do I fix one side of my face slightly chubbier then my right side..

I don’t know what to do I’ve been sleeping on my back for 3 months straight , chewing on both sides equally .. is this just something tht goes away or can I use something to fix it
I’ve asked ppl irl if it’s noticeable and they said no but I def notice it a lot

your cheeks? i got the same issue. my right one has more buccal fat than the left. getting a % buccal removal on the fatter one would be the solution
