Im 14 I have an overbite and already have braces, and I go to the orthodontist. I'm not sure if there's anything specific I should ask for to fix it. I wanna maximize the time I have with the braces to improve im not sure if there's some type of head gear or anything to help idk if there are also any coping methods.
