I have this inflammation look around the lower corner of my lips. Noticed this more and more in photos, pic attached is with downward hard lighting so it stands out much more than in normal lightning conditions.
I think it may be an overdeveloped depressor labii inferioris but I may be wrong. At first I thought it was a symptom of inflammation due to me biting the inside of my cheeks around that area, so I stopped but it didn't go away.
I'm guessing it's either muscle hypertrophy because of that gesture, or some other gesture I'm not aware of.
Looking to see if someone can confirm/deny/give options as to what might be the cause of this and how to fix it
