How do I fix PIE (post acne inflamatory erythema)

Ive been on taz 0.1 cream for 2 months, azelaic acid 15% gel for 2 months also, nothing works, is the only hope Laser on a nice clinic or is there any way to get rid of it at home, azelaic acid and tazarotene didnt do anything, probably made it worse, and its not purging, im on retinoids for 8 months now

Then how have i seen so many pie tranformations with no medical proceedures, doesnt make any sense, also if u ask chat gpt he says it goes away w time

superficial vascular changes gradually regresses, by how much it depends on how severe it is/how severe the acne was

It's been 8 months with topicals and it's not getting much better

I don't want to be a diet coper but it may have healed better if you were on the primal diet for those 8 months instead
Otherwise get some lasers, it doesn't seem to be getting better soon

i am on primal for 7 months… also pie only showed up in the last 3 months, and it isnt severe, i just bad

Try to get some timolol, it constricts blood vessels it's used for stuff like this
