How do i fix protusion of upper and lower teeth without fucking up my maxilla

So I have an Overjet or overbite plus my lower teeth are protuding too is there any way to fix it? I need to fix it ASAP... gpt says it can be fixed by extraction of premolars but I think it will affect my maxilla negatively I have good maxilla forward growth but teeth fuck up my profile also it makes my philtrum appear bigger and chin appear smaller....tell me some way to fix it without it affect maxilla... also it makes my lips appear prominent and bigger...no trolls please I seriously need to fix it . .
Look at second image its me without pushing my lower jaw forward... and in first image it's me when I push my lower jaw forward..
