How do I fix reccesed infras and these lines on my forehead?

Can I fix them without surgery I dont do skincare but would that make a difference

No, your forehead wrinkles are dependent on skin elasticity, and your recessed infras are mostly bones. Not much you can do but surgery and or fillers.
