how do i fix recessed infras

i know there isnt a way of getting rid of it naturly. im 16 and i want to take 200-250mg of test and 5 ius of hgh so my bones grow but will my recessed infras and maxila grow too? im also 188 cm and have a MARPE

i didnt buy it my doctor ecommeded it to me before i even knew about bp cause like a said i have a recessed maxila and causeed an underbite
